The staff are responsible, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and with unbeatable location adjacent to BIG BEN, Leicester tube station and the city center.

My favourite property in London. Beautiful place, compact room. Very very helpful and responsible hotel employees all round. Exceptionally nice location, minutes away from a Trafalgar Square art museum. Appreciated very vibrant area. Real good stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the metro.

The room was light and compact, we had a dishwasher, a fridge, and an electric kettle. The bed here was very comfy. The good and marvellous location was close to an art museum.
